Go to the Register page and fill in your full name, Pakistan mobile number, email address, a password and your date of birth. Confirm you are 18 or older, then submit. A verification code will be sent to your mobile number or email — enter it to activate your account. The whole thing takes under three minutes and there are no fees to sign up.

You must be at least 18 years old. This is strictly enforced. Identity verification is required before your first withdrawal, and if an account is found to belong to someone under 18, it will be closed immediately. No exceptions.

No. Each person is allowed one account only. Creating duplicate accounts — including with different phone numbers or email addresses — violates HQ177 terms and all detected duplicate accounts will be permanently closed. If you have lost access to your existing account, use the password reset option on the Login page rather than creating a new one.

On the Login page, click the "Forgot password?" link. Enter your registered mobile number or email and a reset code will be sent to you. Enter the code, create a new password and you are back in. If you no longer have access to the phone number or email on the account, contact support via live chat.

You will be asked for a copy of your valid CNIC (front and back) and confirmation of the payment method used for deposits. For larger withdrawal amounts a selfie with your CNIC may also be requested. Verification is a one-time process and once cleared, your account withdrawals process normally going forward.

Deposits & Payments

HQ177 accepts JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer (IBFT), debit and credit cards, and other mobile wallets. JazzCash and Easypaisa are the most popular options among Pakistani players because they are instant and widely available. All deposits are in PKR.

The minimum deposit is PKR 200. This applies to JazzCash, Easypaisa and Raast. Bank transfers may have a slightly higher minimum depending on your bank. There is no requirement to deposit a specific amount — you start with what you are comfortable spending.

JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are almost instant — your balance updates within a few seconds of the payment confirming on your end. Raast transfers are also typically fast. Bank IBFT transfers can take anywhere from a few minutes to a few hours depending on your bank's processing schedule.

Wait 10 minutes first as there is occasionally a brief processing delay. If it has not appeared after that, take a screenshot of your JazzCash transaction confirmation (showing the amount, date, time and reference number) and share it with HQ177 support via the live chat in your account. For verified accounts, JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed within a few hours, often faster. Bank transfers (IBFT) may take up to one business day.
